Great mattress and greater service

Bought the Heveya III during 11.11 sales. Overall a very smooth purchasing experience and the sales person Phoebe is very knowledgeable and helpful. I am very happy with the new mattress (thanks to Phoebe’s recommendations!), which feels cloudy but with a firm basis. No back pain anymore!

Highly recommend this shop.

Excellent customer service which I think is rare these days in hk. I’ve been using their products for 10+ years now. This is the only shop in HK where you can buy a latex mattress. I recently just bought a new one from them. Their latex mattress is simply the best especially with the topper. I got a soft mattress which suited me the best as a side sleeper. Highly recommend this shop. I think it deserves more popularity in hk!

No more backache

I bought a Heveya latex mattress for my daughter a year ago. I chose Heveya because their mattresses are made of 100% organic natural latex. My daughter said the mattress was very comfortable and no more backache. If I will buy a latex mattress for myself or for my family, I will choose Heveya again! Also their staff, Olivier and Suman are really helpful and nice! It was a really good shopping experience!

Very comfortable

The team is very responsive on WhatsApp and very nice in person. They gave good recommendations whilst not being pushy which was greatly appreciated. The mattress is the best we ever had. Very comfortable. The pillows are also great. We don’t regret our choice at all.
